This entire web site was created with Windows Notepad, the ASCII text editor that
comes with just about every version of Windows since its inception. The graphics
were created, for the most part, with Paint Shop Pro (V5.03) with a plug-in named "Eye Candy" (V 3.01),
which is where all of the 3-D graphical effects were produced. I'm telling you all of this so as to demonstrate that you can have a "pleasing to the eye" web site without having to spend a lot of money on a web site creation tool. Both Paint Shop Pro and Eye Candy were purchased many, many years ago for an entirely different purpose, so I can't assign their entire cost to this web site, as they've done Spartan duty over the years on many, many other projects. |
